Some comparative pictures of the earlier and the later versions of the Bristol Britannia Airliner, showing the differences in colour (silver to grey metallic), lining (blue to red), transfers (spirit based to water slide), propeller size (large ‘Shetland size’ to smaller ‘Viking size’), roof (smooth to seam in the middle), wheels (larger to smaller), wing registration number stamp (exact to less accurate, but that may be incidental).
The boxes (blue striped to yellow picture box) and other finish details are similar to the contemporary Comet models. At the end my favourite photo of the Bristol Britannia about to land.
