Greetings all - I hope everyone had a grand Christmas, filled with all that you desire, especially good health, a little wealth and a great deal of happiness!

I know this post should be under NEW ARRIVALS but I felt it should be here as Christmas Eve was particularly kind to me this year, as the postman delivered my two winnings from Tennant's Auctioneers in Leyburn, North Yorkshire, my 965 Terex and 697 25-Pounder Field Gun Set.

Notice the Terex above - the rear wheel has been assembled incorrectly with the rounded side outwards, a partial throw-back to the first Euclids. The wheel on the other side is identical. I was pleased with the 697 as it has a single packing piece, and the 687 has the later flat casting at the front, plus all have plastic hubs.

The above arrived very well packed with very reasonable postage. Now I wonder who were bidding against me?? :angry: Not to worry, as these certainly made my Christmas!!
