--30hm and 624 Army Ambulance (Daimler) (1951-55)

I can not find a 1956 catalogue for the USA. Was there one ? if so I would like to know if there was a military ambulance in 1956 and which one, the 30 hm Daimler or the 626 Ford Thames ?

Jacques, I don't know of a 1956 US catalogue. Do others?

I browsed my US catalogues and saw the occurrence of this Army Ambulance four times: 1951, 1952, 1953 and 1954/55:

Dear Jan,

There is probably not a 1956 catalogue, I only wanted to check. The military Daimler was probably still available in 1956 because it's replacement the Thames Military ambulance was issued in september 56 only.

I had also looked in my collection of catalogues but I never saw a 1956 USA catalogue.

What? Why wouldn't there be a 1956 USA catalogue? -- This was probably DInky's top sales year in the States ever, as well as being the year of my birth.

The 1956 USA catalogue has no date printed on it and no separate price list, but prices are listed within for every model shown. The only military ambulance listed is the 626.

I was a little lazy at first about locating and scanning my own copy of the 1956 catalogue, but here it is: front and back covers, as well as the pages showing the military selection.
